Words Upon Release

I received notice from the editor that the book will be released tomorrow.

Today, I opened the author assistant tool and saw that my first novel was created on April 12, 2014. Counting up to today, my writing career has nearly reached six years.

But after all these years, my writing has only managed to sustain a modest living. Sometimes, when I see those toxic motivational quotes pushed by the assistant—how others suddenly explode in popularity overnight, how one book becomes legendary and rockets to fame—I start to doubt myself, wondering if I truly belong in this industry.

Then I remind myself that geniuses are few and far between. As someone still struggling to make a mark, I should just keep writing steadily and earnestly.

As for achievements, on the best day of "Invincible," it reached 17th place on the new book charts.

For many established authors, this might mean little, but for me, it was an incredible surprise.

I am deeply grateful to all the readers who voted and tipped, pushing "Invincible" to that position.

Also, I have read all your feedback. Some parts of the plot do have issues, and I will make adjustments moving forward.

Regarding the release, although my past achievements are satisfactory to me, I feel even more nervous about the upcoming launch.

After all, whether a novel succeeds or not ultimately depends on subscriptions. So, I earnestly ask everyone to subscribe to the official version.

Subscribing to one chapter costs just a dime; for those with higher VIP levels, it’s only six or seven cents per chapter. It’s a small effort for you but a vital source of income for me.

Many have asked how many chapters I will release on launch day. I can only say I will try to release as many as possible, but I can’t make any guarantees. As for updates after launch, there’s really no need to worry.

Ahem! It’s not that I update especially fast, but every chapter I write means a little more income. Without your urging, I will still write as quickly as possible.
