5. Ownership of the [weapon].

If conditions 1 to 4 are met, forced recasting is possible, though the weapon’s supernatural effects may be weakened or altered. If condition 5 is also fulfilled, the legendary abilities can be perfectly replicated.

The time required for recasting is variable and consumes a tremendous amount of Nen energy. Interruptions during the process lead to failure, and the weapon cannot be recast again.

Usage restrictions are as follows—

1. Weapons are categorized by type; only one weapon per category may be registered.

2. Only one weapon can be manifested at any given time.

3. Manifesting the weapon continuously consumes Heather’s Nen energy. Theoretically, there is no time limit. However, once the manifestation is canceled, the weapon enters a cooldown period equal in length to the manifestation duration. During the cooldown, other weapon types may be used.

4. Using the weapon’s supernatural abilities further consumes Nen energy, with consumption varying according to the power of the ability.

5. The manifested weapon must remain within a three-meter radius of Heather, who may cancel the manifestation at any time.

6. Normally, the weapon’s passive effects do not influence Heather himself, but he can choose to activate them.

7. Each recasting, whether successful or not, triggers a cooldown period. The cooldown length depends on Heather’s Nen strength and the previously recast weapon. Current cooldown: 1799 hours, 58 minutes, 44 seconds.

Currently registered weapon—
