"Yun Fu! How dare you!"
As soon as Yun Fu regained consciousness, a cold, sharp voice rang in her ears. She opened her eyes and found herself staring into a pair of pitch-black eyes, dangerous and shadowed.
The man before her had a pair of dragon horns!
And something cold and hard was wrapped around her waist.
Alarmed by these strange sensations, Yun Fu cautiously looked down—only to see a jet-black dragon tail coiled tightly around her waist. The scales gleamed with a fierce light.
As she lowered her head, the tail constricted even more, its hard scales easily tearing through the thin silk of her nightgown and scraping her skin painfully beneath.
Damn, what kind of mess had she landed in? Did she really transmigrate?
The next instant, memories and plots flooded her mind.
Yun Fu finally understood: she had transmigrated into the restrictive novel she’d played before bed—Beast World Sim Life—and into none other than the most hated character, the malicious female who drove several beast-husbands to the edge and was ultimately killed by them in their fury!
The original Yun Fu in the book had failed to awaken her spiritual power both at birth and at adulthood, yet was still matched with four powerful 3S-ranked beast-husbands. Unable to soothe their spirits, she grew increasingly warped in her inferiority.
Exploiting her status as a female, she tormented her beast-husbands for amusement, knowing they dared not hurt her. She bled the snow wolf to make spicy hotpot, ripped fur from the red fox for a shawl, sliced the mermaid for sashimi, and even chopped off the black dragon's horn to use as a decoration—the list of her atrocities was endless.
In the end, the beast-husbands, pushed past their limits, chose to endure the backlash and drained her blood, skinned her neatly, and even cut her flesh—Yun Fu’s heart raced at the memory.
She glanced at the broken laser sword in her hand, then at the handsome man before her with black dragon horns and eyes cold as ice.
It was obvious she’d arrived at the very scene where the original Yun Fu tried to cut off the dragon’s horn.
Yun Fu: “…”
Is it too late to escape now?
System: "Friendly reminder, host. You have two choices: One, take your own life and end things here. But remember, that's your body—once it's gone, it's really gone.
Or two, humble yourself, curry favor with your four beast-husbands, clear your villainous reputation, earn their full affection, and change the original ending."
Yun Fu wanted neither. She just wanted to grab the system that brought her here and beat it up until it sent her back.
But before she could even communicate with the system, Yun Fu realized the dragon tail around her waist was no longer cold—it was burning hot, scalding her skin and tightening even more.
The grip was so intense that Yun Fu felt as if he might snap her waist in two.
A chill ran down her neck. This was a powerful 3S-level beastman. She was just an ordinary human—fragile and breakable.
Yun Fu dug her nails into her palm to calm herself, then lifted her pale, delicate face and softened her voice.
“Gu Lin, about the horn incident—it was a misunderstanding. I just wanted to tease you. Who told you to be so cold to me all the time, never showing any emotion?”
“Besides, your dragon horns are so majestic and beautiful—they look best on your head. Why would I cut them off for a decoration? I don’t want a handicapped beast-husband.”
Her skin was porcelain white, her face stunning, lips red and soft. The gentle tone in her voice was almost hypnotic.
They were close enough that, as she spoke, Gu Lin could smell the rich, heady fragrance emanating from her.
Gu Lin was momentarily dazed. Was this truly the notorious villainess?
But the restlessness in his body snapped him back, his black eyes slowly turning a piercing red.
Any softness was instantly overwhelmed by burning rage.
“Tease me? And the heat-inducing drug you put in my meal—was that a joke too?”
Gu Lin’s voice was almost a growl.
Right—so the original had deliberately bought an aphrodisiac, mixed it into Gu Lin’s food, and forced his heat to come early so he’d lose his beast strength for a while.
She hadn’t cared if it would cause him spiritual damage.
Facing Gu Lin’s suddenly violent gaze, Yun Fu’s eyelashes trembled.
“If I say it was a joke, would you believe me?”
She could feel the man before her was on the verge of tearing her apart. She hurriedly asked the system if it could stun Gu Lin.
The answer: no.
Useless, she cursed inwardly, scanning the room for anything she could use and finding nothing. She bit her lip.
“Gu Lin, calm down. Let me go and I’ll get you an inhibitor. You know I don’t have spiritual power—I can’t soothe you. My staying here is pointless.”
A male beast’s heat was no trivial matter—especially for someone like Gu Lin, whose high spiritual power came with equally high corruption. If mishandled, his heat could lower his spiritual tier or even cause a breakdown. She was sure Gu Lin would make the rational choice.
But perhaps because of the drug’s effect, his heat was fiercer than ever—not something an inhibitor could suppress. He needed spiritual soothing from a female.
Yet Gu Lin knew Yun Fu was incapable of comforting him.
Gu Lin fought to control his explosive body, wanting to throw this villainess out, but for some reason, the heavy scent from Yun Fu overwhelmed his senses.
His dragon tail, acting against his will, didn’t shove her away but instead tightened its hold. The tip even slipped inside the soft fabric.
The tail pressed against her fair, delicate skin, and the restlessness in Gu Lin’s body intensified. The pain in his spiritual domain lessened, almost imperceptibly.
Now, his dragon tail wrapped fully around her slender waist, each scale seeking the touch of her skin.
The tail pulled Yun Fu closer until his head rested at her neck, greedily inhaling the rich fragrance seeping from her very flesh, as if wanting to devour it whole.
[Oh my, this is what I walk into right away!]
[Is this the black dragon beast-husband of the villainess? Damn, that face and body—so perfect! But why is he so close to the evil female? Wasn’t he supposed to hate Yun Fu?]
[This black dragon is breaking the bro code! The female lead is so kind; she’s supposed to rescue the four beastmen from Yun Fu, but here he is, holding Yun Fu! Ugh, it’s tainted now.]
[Am I the only one who thinks Yun Fu is way too gorgeous for a villainess?]
[+1 above, with a face like that, is she really the notorious villainess Yun Fu?]
Gu Lin’s eyes narrowed as he noticed the strange lines of text floating before him.
What was that?
Before he could think further, someone prodded his chest.
He looked down to see Yun Fu, lips trembling in fear, yet petulantly chastising him:
“Gu Lin, can you move your tail away? It’s hurting my waist.”
On instinct, the dragon tail loosened its grip around her waist.
Realizing this moment of softness, Gu Lin’s eyes hardened. He bit the soft flesh at Yun Fu’s neck, letting her intoxicating scent invade his mouth.
His gaze, now tinged with red, bore down fiercely on Yun Fu.
“Yun Fu, since you’ve done it, you must bear the consequences.”
Wrongly accused, Yun Fu scratched him twice in frustration.
Gu Lin’s body stiffened; something within felt more and more out of control. Then, his combat suit snapped apart, and his burning hands and dragon tail pressed tightly against Yun Fu’s waist.
